v súvislosti s vyhláseným verejným obstarávaním na predmet zákazky: Digitalizácia vozového parku, systém plánovania zvozu a elektronickej evidencie a potvrdzovania výsypov, ktorého oznámenie o vyhlásení verejného obstarávania bolo zverejnené v Úradnom vestníku Európskej únie pod č. 2023/S 141-450711 zo dňa 25.07.2023 a vo Vestníku verejného obstarávania č. 146/2023 zo dňa 26.07.2023 pod značkou 24732 - MSS, si Vám týmto dovoľujeme oznámiť, že verejný obstarávateľ pristúpil v súlade so zákonom č. 343/2015 Z. z. o verejnom obstarávaní a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov (ďalej len „zákon o verejnom obstarávaní“) k predĺženiu lehoty viazanosti ponúk.

in connection with the public procurement procedure for the subject of the contract: Digitisation of the fleet, collection planning system and electronic registration and confirmation of tipping, the notice of the public procurement procedure was published in the Official Journal of the European Union under No 2023/S 141-450711 of 25.07.2023 and in the Public Procurement Bulletin No. 146/2023 of 26.07.2023 under No. 24732 - MSS, we hereby inform you that the contracting authority, in accordance with Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"), has extended the period of binding status of the offers.
