Predmet zákazky nie je rozdelený na časti. Vzhľadom k povahe predmetu zákazky, ktorá pozostáva z nákupu produktov a poskytovania služieb Oracle, pričom tieto spolu technicky súvisia. V prípade nákupu produktov Oracle sú tieto neoddeliteľné od služieb podpory a zabezpečujú sa spolu s 1 - ročnými službami podpory. Uvedený model zákazky nadväzuje na etablovaný model CRD č. 2014293202 zo dňa 3.11.2014, pri ktorom sa jednotlivé opätovne otvárané súťaže zadávajú na základe požiadaviek jednotlivých ovládaných osôb. Vychádzajúc zo skúseností verejného obstarávateľa je ekonomicky hospodárnejšie, prehľadnejšie obstarávať CRD komplexného nákupu produktov a služieb Oracle v rámci jedného postupu verejného obstarávania. Jednotlivé produkty a služby budú poskytované v priebehu trvania CRD viacerými partnermi, ktorí preukážu splnenie osobného, finančného a ekonomického postavenia a technickej alebo odbornej spôsobilosti.
