V rozsahu výkazu výmer a projektovej dokumentácie ide o nasledovné objekty: Objekt SO 01: Enviromentálne centrum v meste Zlaté Moravce (Stavebná časť, Zdravotechnika, Vykurovanie, Vzduchotechnika, Elektroinštalácia, Bleskozvod, Slaboprúd), Objekt SO 02: Vodovod, Objekt SO 03: Splašková kanalizácia, Objekt SO 04: Dažďová kanalizácia.
